Marketing Max Certified (MMC) Partner Program
Who We're Looking For
- Graphic Designers experienced in PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. with the knowledge and computer horsepower to develop very large, high-resolution pieces or simple brochures but with complicated folds
- Illustrators who can draw based on ideas alone and have experience developing storyboards
- Internet marketers experienced in SEO, search marketing, banner advertising, affiliate marketing, etc.
- Copywriters experienced in writing ad copy and sales collateral
- Advertising professionals experienced in television, radio, indoor and/or outdoor advertising
- Direct mail marketers experienced in the entire process from campaign development to postal regulations
- Web developers experienced in CSS, XHTML, Javascript, ASP, .NET, e-commerce, etc.
- Well-rounded marketing managers with experience in all levels of the marketing process including strategy, planning, and campaign development
- Event planners with experience in tradeshow booth design and successful event strategies
- Public Relations experts with general PR and media relations experience
- Print shop vendors with experience in all facets of printing for marketing and advertising including large jobs like tradeshow booth backdrops and small jobs like brochures and flyers. Superior quality and fast turnaround time is a must!
Beyond its full-time employees, the Marketing Max team is made up of highly vetted independent contractors, consultants, vendors, and other partners throughout the United States.
All of our team members—regardless of how much experience they have—must pass a rigorous approval process and trial period to become Marketing Max Certified.
We will not work with any contractor, consultant, vendor or other partner who has not passed this approval process.

Contractors and Consultants
While much of the work we do is performed in-house, Marketing Max utilizes MMC contractors and consultants for all kinds of projects from graphic and website design to copywriting and event planning.
If you are an independent contractor or consultant working on a 1099 basis, and you have one or more of the skills we're looking for in the list to the right of this text, please use this link to email the following information to us:
- Your full name
- Your business name, address and phone number
- What time of day we can call you (we are on EST)
- A summary of your experience (no longer than 500 words)
- A list of three clients who you have performed work for in the last 12 months with their name and phone number so that we may contact them as references (we do not do reference checks via email)
- A web link to at least five different full-sized samples of your work where applicable (do not send us email attachments)
Failure to send these items and doing so using any means other than the link above could result in our possibly excluding you from our candidate pool of potential MMC partners.
After reviewing your information, we will then require a telephone interview with you. We will schedule this call with you (usually via email) and it will last anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour.
The telephone interview may or may not result in a face-to-face interview. We do not necessarily meet in-person with all MMC contractors or consultants. During this call, we will explain how we delegate and manage projects, what your role would be, our expectations, how we pay you, how you actually become Marketing Max Certified after a trial period, etc.
Upon certification, you will be able to proudly display one of the badges below on your own website if you choose to do so.

NOTE: We do not reply to all MMC Partner Program inquires, but this does not mean we are not considering you. Please do not email us asking where you stand in the process. If you are someone we're interested in, we will almost certainly contact you within a few weeks.
Vendors and Other Partners
Marketing Max utilizes a number of vendors and partners for anything from printing to ad agency services. We also use multiple vendors for the same things (i.e.: we use several different print shops), but each has gone through the Marketing Max certification process.
If you are a vendor interested in doing business with Marketing Max, please do not cold-call us. Instead, use this link to email us your pitch. Or, you can use postal mail to send us your collateral—our mailing address is at the bottom of each page of our website.
Since Marketing Max tackles all kinds of projects and therefore utilizes so many different vendors, we simply do not have the time or resources to respond to each one. Rest assured that we will review your email and/or the materials you've sent to us and will let you know if we're interested. If we are, we'll contact you and ask a ton of questions, request samples, references, etc. and then possibly put you on a trial-basis until we're confident that you can become a certified vendor or partner.
We put a lot of energy into finding the absolute best vendors and partners. That said, the best way to pitch to us is to prove that you're really good at what you do. This does not mean sending us an email to say you'd like to discuss our needs. Instead, tell us about your company—what you do, how long you've been around, who your clients are, what you charge, etc., etc. Client references are a must for any vendor that we do business with, so keep that in mind.
