A few of our team members actually joined Marketing Max from the recruitment and training industry. Others have held high-level management positions within marketing and PR departments for years. This experience makes us really good at locating, recruiting, and retaining top-notch sales, marketing, design, and public relations pros.
Like most third-party recruiters, we'll handle the advertising of your open positions, and then we'll interview select candidates over the phone. Once we're satisfied with our pre-screened pool of candidates, we'll present you with the best, most qualified candidates based on the criteria you provided to us beforehand. We'll then brief you on each candidate, manage the logistics of the interview process, and then charge you a percentage of the person's salary upon acceptance. For sales people on commission, we charge a little differently, but that's all outlined in our agreement.

Beyond the recruitment process, we can also help your company build or grow its own internal marketing department through virtual training and guidance.
